Tour the Villa

 

The villa is a beautiful 4 bedroom home in a select community on the west side of Disney World, just 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

All windows with blinds now have rods for child safety.

 

The Pool

The pool is covered with a bug net so sitting out there day or night is comfortable and safe. There are 2 net doors out into the garden. One takes you to the BBQ and the other to the hose pipe to refill the pool when you have emptied it by jumping into it too energetically! Access to the pool area is from the lounge, the master bedroom and the family bathroom. The doors are alarmed so that children cannot access the pool area without you knowing about it. Pool rail to support less abled getting in and out of the pool. The pool can be heated and there is an extra charge of £12 per day.

There are 4 sun lounges and a table with 4 chairs by the pool for your use.

 

Living Room

The villa has an open plan living area with a huge lounge and big soft sofas looking out through the patio doors to the pool. Watch TV or a DVD in here. Books and DVDs are there for you to use. The caramel colour carpet runs throughout the villa and each room is themed to match.

 

Kitchen

New oven and drier installed in December 2018. 

The new 2 door fridge freezer with integral water and ice will ensure you have cooling drinks after a hot day by the pool or out at the theme parks.

The kitchen area has plenty of worktops and is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, microwave and waste disposal unit as well as all the crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment. The telephone is here too for incoming and outgoing calls. Do take time to read the service directory as it has lots of useful information. You will also find the visitors book here so you can tell me what a fabulous time you had.

Off the kitchen is the laundry room with a washing machine and tumble drier.

The garage is accessed through the kitchen although it is rarely used for the car! There is a hockey table in there, along with a wheelchair, high chair and any pool toys people leave. The fuse box is on the wall in the garage.

 

Dining Area

The dining area has a large table to seat 6 (but 8 can comfortably sit around it) and the breakfast area is set for 4.

 

 

The Bedrooms

Every room is prepared ready for your visit. There is a second set of linen for all beds. There is a good supply of bath towels, hand towels and face cloths

The Master bedroom is a suite of rooms on one side of the villa giving privacy to the occupants and direct access to the pool area. There is a kingsize bed, drawers, a chair and TV. The private bathroom has a tub, double size shower and two sinks, as well as a WC of course! Through the bathroom is the dressing room where you will find plenty of hanging space and a safe.

 

The other 3 bedrooms are on the opposite side of the villa and share a family bathroom of WC, walk-in shower and a sink. There is direct access out to the pool.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, walk in wardrobe and chest of drawers with a TV and WiFi internet access (password on the hub.)

 

The third bedroom has 2 single beds, walk in wardrobe, drawers and a TV.

 

The fourth bedroom also has 2 single beds with a walk in wardrobe, drawers and a TV. The Winnie the Pooh and Friends room has been upgraded and will delight children of all ages

*The villa is fully licensed and insured for rentals and the certificates are on display near the front door.

*The villa is managed and maintained by a reputable property services manager, who is on call for you 24 hours a day in emergencies and in office hours for non-emergencies.

*Your costs include an end of stay clean so no changing of beds and cleaning to spoil the end of your holiday.
